- DAKLOS-SP is not associated with any side effects, except when used contrary to the prescriptions. The side effects are common and include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, acidity, indigestion, dizziness and headache. A small number of patients can have diarrhea or slight drowsiness. In the rarest cases, allergic reactions may happen in the form of rash, itching, or swelling. Long-term use is likely to impact on the stomach, liver, or kidney hence must be administered under medical supervision. In case of severe and intractable side effects, patients are advised to visit a doctor.
