VILDAMAL-M is an anti-diabetic drug that is applied to manage blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It includes Vildagliptin that enhances the release of insulin and decreases the production of excess glucose and Metformin that enhances insulin sensitivity and slows down the uptake of glucose through the intestine.
